Another morning, another fruit/veggie smoothie blend..
I always use different ingredients every morning (depending on how I feel that day), my preference always varies. My fridge is always stocked up with countless fruits and veggies so I never have to worry.
Today, (in respective order from bottom to top) I put frozen sliced banana, two ripe kiwi’s, two small cucumbers -sliced, one apple, and one medium sized carrot. I usually add unsweetened coconut/soy/almond milk to my drink but today, I just added 1/4 cup of water.
After about a minute of the blender doing its thing, we pour 🙂 Voila, tasty.
