Sevilla is such an underrated quaint little city located at the bottom of Spain. A few days in this place, and you’ll be able to travel anywhere you want without looking at a map or GPS. Everything is walking distance and I think that’s what made me fall in love … After this first week, this place was home. If I felt like shopping, I would stroll along Calle Sierpes. If I was up for an adventure, I’d head straight to the Alcazar. If I wanted to dream and relax, I would unwind in Plaza de Espana. And, if I wanted to eat, I could literally go anywhere and everywhere as Seville is full of delicious cafe’s and restaurants lined up against one another. I felt like a real local and that’s the best feeling ever.
The architecture. Ok. This guy seriously freaked me out. My friends and I watched him for quite a while. It was unreal. This guy deserves a gold medal for posing and staying still. The wind had absolutely NO effect on him. He didn’t move a centimeter for the first ten minutes and then right when I thought he was just a statue, he switched up his pose. Absolutely amazingggg.
I was in my happy place.Touched down in the worlds largest gothic cathedral. Beautifully restored and so so stunning. Being the burial site of Alfonsox & Christopher Columbus, this place is an icon for the establishment of world exploration. I was blown away by the scale of grandeur, monuments and paintings of the historic bygone era. ?⌛️ Everything was magical and fairy-tale like.
Alcazar of Sevilla.
They shot game of Thrones here at Alcazar! (The water gardens of dorne) I was so psyched.
